On Wednesday night, Rockland Republicans held their convention to nominate candidates for this coming November’s elections. The convention was attended by Chairman Vincent Reda, County Executive Ed Day, county legislators, various other candidates, town chairpersons, committee persons, and friends and family of the candidates. There was a great sense of unity among all that were there, which should lead to great successes in November. The following Ramapo candidates were nominated:

 

Karl Brabenec
Assembly District 98

 

 

Robert Romanowski
Assembly District 97

 

 

Lon Hofstein
County Legislative District 5

 

 

 

Michael Koplen
Rockland County Court Judge
